Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 28, 2026
These Terms and Conditions explain the general terms for using the Debugsy website and engaging with our services. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Debugsy provides web design, web development, Laravel development, React frontend development, website maintenance, SEO setup, performance optimization, hosting support, form setup, and related digital services. Specific project details, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the proposal or agreement for each project.
Quotes and Proposals
Any quote or proposal is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. If the project scope changes, pricing and timelines may also change. Debugsy will communicate scope changes before additional work is completed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, access credentials, feedback, approvals, and any other materials needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these items may affect the project timeline.
Payments
Payment terms are defined in the project proposal or invoice. Most projects require a deposit before work begins and remaining payments based on milestones or before launch. Late payments may delay project delivery or support.
Revisions and Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost. Debugsy will explain this before proceeding with extra work.
Ownership
After full payment is received, the client owns the final approved website or custom work created specifically for them, unless another arrangement is stated in writing. Debugsy may retain rights to reusable internal tools, frameworks, general methods, and non-client-specific code.
Portfolio Use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Debugsy may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, or website examples.
Third-Party Costs
Domain names, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, email services, third-party subscriptions, payment gateway fees, and other external costs are usually separate from Debugsy service fees unless clearly included in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Debugsy is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, third-party service outages, or issues caused by unauthorized changes made by others. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service related to the issue.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
